Finally feels like Fall in Arizona! We got a lot of rain this week and we are heading up to the mountains and I hope toc tach some beautiful leaves changing color!

sunday- zucchini enchiladas (enchilada sauce recipe click here), monday- OFF tues- cauliflower soup wed- butternut squash mushroom alfredo, thursday steak basil skewers friday- freedom and fall break, baby!
