Post sponsored by 90+ Cellars, all opinions are my own!

Summer is soon coming to an end… I know many of you hate that Summer has to end, but living in Arizona, it is a good thing, haha.  It is grilling season here in Arizona most of the year, so we have a lot of grilled recipes we go to throughout the year.  Grilled veggies and fruit are a simple recipe to add to your pocket, not difficult at all, and you just add some delicious condiments and wine pairings and dinner is made.  Add some protein for meat loving guests (I am a big fan of grilled chicken with a balsamic glaze) . As much as I love wine, I really did not know what vegetables and fruit pair best with different wine varietals.  I am a rosé works with anything, right?  But, when you pair wine with food correctly, you elevate both the taste of the wine and the food.  So, 90+cellars gave me all the details on grilled vegetable and wine pairings and here they are for you!

Muscadet–  So, I L-O-V-E oysters, anyone who follows me on insta knows on every date night, Nick & I have them and Muscadet pairs perfectly with them- and what else?  Muscadet also pairs well with veggies like the zucchini and yellow squash from the veggie platter!

rosé and grilled fruit

My friends at 90+cellars tells me sparkling rosé really goes well with so many things (See, I told you!) but the sparkling rosé pairs very well with dessert, so enjoy it with your fruit platter (Or, the entire night, whatever you like)

For the fruit & dessert platter, I like to serve “condiments” for people to add to their taste.  I include cinnamon, balsamic glaze, coconut flakes, chile lime salt and a classic sea salt.

For the vegetable platter, I like to include olive oil, pesto sauce and warm goat cheese (the balsamic glaze is also a hit over on the veggie side) I include citrus as well. My personal favorite for veggies is both the warm goat cheese and pesto with some olive oil and lemon squeezed on top.

My favorite way to eat pineapple is grilled, chile lime salt, cinnamon and some coconut flakes. I am drooling thinking about it…

I added fresh rosemary sprigs to the flower bouquet to tie in with the platter which I garnished with some rosemary. It is an easy hack to add some greenery to your flowers on the table and tie in with your food and entertaining. Pretty much any herb looks pretty in a flower centerpiece.
