Dried & Faux Floral Arrangements

I am loving the dried floral bouquets and centerpieces that are on trend right now. One of the things I do NOT like about it, it seems to be an expensive endeavor and hard to source. Amazon and Etsy have a ton of different floral pieces but they can add up fast $$$, I first grabbed some dried bunny tails from Michaels a couple months back and dyed them with kool aid- check out the kool aid dyed bunny tails here. I liked them so much and they were very easy to make pink, that I decided to start collecting dried florals I found at the craft stores. All these are from Micheals and Hobby Lobby and with their 40-50% off coupons, very affordable. I picked up more bunny tails as well, so I have pink, lavender (grape kool aid “dye”) and white.

I created a little floral bar, placing faux and dried florals in separate containers to create and combine some pretty bouquets.

I used cheesecloth to wrap around the bouquets, I love the look of cheesecloth for a boho look and it is less than $2 at grocery store for a long piece.

I made one mostly pink bouquet, and then two variety bouquets with more of a fall color themed look. One floral accent that I really loved were wooden flowers I found at Michaels. I thought they were beautiful and went with the bouquets well.

The bouquets make a great gift- hand it to a hostess and she does not need to immediately place in water!

And they also make a great centerpiece for home.
