I absolutely love Halloween parties, it is so fun to dress up and people watch and see all the costumes. Nick and I have not been to an adult Halloween party since we have had kids. That’s so sad and you should invite us we are really fun, lol. That is the problem moving somewhere when you are older, our friend group at home is tiny, yet we have friends all over from our Army life. Ok, enough about our friendless pathetic lives and meet our friend, alcohol. Just kidding.
I think a purple cocktail is perfect for a spooky Halloween party and you can serve it at your Halloween party wth my white chocolate cherry martini. I also think sparkling wine/ champagne / Prosecco / bubbly whatever you want to call it is perfect for any occasion.
So, I made one of my favorites a French 75 (you can see my rosé version here) and made it with a purple gin for that distinct purple creepy, gorgeous hue.
Purple gin (find at your local liquor store)
Splash of grenadine
Simple syrup (optional, I never use it in my cocktails because I am v health conscious except for the drinking alcohol part lol, but I also don’t like sweets so the absence of it doesn’t bother me)
Pair with a creepy skeleton hand and you are set for your Halloween party!
