For this Valentine’s, I created a gift package for Nick and use the book as the main event! I picked up a heart box, some confetti, heart lollipops, and a picture of us. It DID take forever for me to pick just ONE photo of us, but otherwise, the gift took little time to put together but still is a thoughtful gift that has a lot of meaning for us (more reason that below)

Nick & I leave notes for each other around the house frequently, it is my favorite when I wake up and find a note on the coffee maker or bathroom mirror (keep the love alive, peeps!) I can see these little illustrated sheets popping up here and there as little love reminders for us. Notes and letters have always been a part of our relationship, from long distance when we were young, the Army years and although with technology we rarely use letters anymore, I still include notes in his overnight bag when he has to go out of town as a little surprise. I think this book of illustrated love quotes will be perfect for us to share with each other.
