The Bellas are back for one last call in Pitch Perfect 3!
I am so excited Pitch Perfect 3 is now available on Blu-ray- own it with new musical performances, gag reel and extended scenes not seen in theaters. The more Pitch Perfect 3, the better! To celebrate the release, I planned a Pitches Night In!
Grab your favorite pitches (truth be told, my husband, Nick loves these movies so he watches with me 🙂 and create a fun set up for a movie night. Pitch Perfect 3 sent along glitter nail polishes for the pitches night in, so I decided to add some DIY face masks for the movie night. A night of pampering with your best pitches while you watch a movie and enjoy a cocktail is my kind of night.
I set up a face mask “bar” using some easy, natural supplies that you can pick up at the grocery store! An all in one stop for your party- pick up the snacks when you are there!
The face mask bar is made up of organic plain yogurt, grapefruit, strawberries, lemon and honey. You can make your own combinations, I suggest the base of the face masks to be
yogurt + squeezed grapefruit
yogurt + crushed (or blended) strawberry
Guests can add all ingredients themselves in a little bowl and use fingers or a brush to put on face. You know when you are having a bad day? I feel like a face mask fixes all that, haha. It is a little self care that goes a long way towards feeling better.
Apply to your face, grab a cocktail and rinse off when ready!
When hosting friends for a party, I like to make a signature cocktail or serve wine to make it easy- here I did grapefruit juice and vodka.
I also empty the liquids into glass containers than leaving them in the juice container so it looks prettier on the table (I use my Chemex coffee carafe for lots of things other than coffee), so two party hacks in one for you!
Check out the trailer and get ready to laugh and cry with the Bellas!
I made the pink acrylic sign using my tutorial here.
