PARTY: S’mores Bar!

smores platter

On the 4th of July, I made a seafood boil and we followed that up with a s’mores bar! We were at our cabin in Flagstaff which allowed for us to make s’mores (no one is making s’mores outdoors in Phoenix in July, although you COULD prob leave it out on a plate and it would cook itself in the summer?)

So, I asked my girlfriend to bring all the supplies, she is responsible for creating so many combinations. I am not a fan of sweets and she is a lover of all things sweet, so I thought it would be best to give the job to her or people would hate me for having low carb, low sugar s’mores. Although I did ask her to include strawberries because I am insane and wanted something a little healthy and to be honest, colorful for the platter!

The ingredients we used are:
Graham Crackers
Ritz Crackers
Marshmallows
Milk Chocolate
Cookies & Creme Chocolate
Caramel Chocolate
Peanut Butter Cups
White Chocolate
Strawberries

The combos my amazing, talented girlfriend came up with:
Nutty Buddy- graham cracker, peanut butter cup, chocolate, marshmallow
Salted Caramel- graham cracker, caramel, marshmallow
Sweet & Salty- ritz cracker, milk chocolate, graham cracker
Classic- white or milk chocolate, graham cracker, marshmallow
Chocolate covered Strawberries – strawberries, milk chocolate, graham cracker, marshmallow
Cookies n Creme- cookies n creme chocolate, graham cracker, marshmallow

The s’mores were so yummy, I had one and it was delicious!! It is a great idea for any Summer or Winter celebration!
