I feel so bad, I asked on instagram like two months ago if you wanted a peach bellini or peach margarita and I am just now delivering the recipe for the winning choice, peach bellini.
It was a close vote between the two peach cocktails though, so maybe I should investigate a peach margarita in the future.
Recipe:
2-3 Peaches
1/2 cup of water
Sparkling Wine or Prosecco
Peach Schnapps
3 teaspoons (more if you like it v sweet) Peach Bellini Jelly (trader joe’s)
Fresh Peach & Mint for garnish
Puree peaches, water, 3 teaspoons of peach bellini jelly & peach schnapps until the mixture is smooth.
Pour peach juice into champagne glass and top off with champagne. How much champagne and juice you add to each glass is up to you!
Also, since I added peach schnapps, remember it will be a bit stronger than just champagne 😉 Cheers and hope you enjoy a glass at your next brunch!
