I think the Cricut Joy is a great gift for ANY holiday- Christmas, Hanukkah, birthdays, Valentine’s Day and so forth. My girlfriend (on my suggestion) got one for her daughter’s 12th birthday because when she told me her daughter loved making her own cards, I said the Cricut Joy would be perfect! The small compact Cricut Joy packs a lot of project ability without taking up much space. It is very easy to learn as you go and I have a ton of projects I have completed- from toys to tee shirts to holiday decals and more!

I highly suggest the tool starter kit for every gift basket or if you are giving the Cricut Joy on its’ own. Like the kitchen, I typically do not like to get extra gadgets unless absolutely necessary, the starter tool kit makes weeding and applying decals so much easier.
