Galentine’s Gift Basket- Girls Night In Charcuterie

Post Sponsored by Sprouts

Are we excited for Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day?  I am!  I love to give gift baskets with a variety of little items for gifts and it is very easy to make your own with one trip to the grocery store in this case.  I went to Sprouts, as it is my favorite grocery store! Sprouts has a huge selection of produce and a great selection of meat and cheeses which inspired the theme of this gift basket-  Girls Night In with all the goodies for a charcuterie board- including dessert.

Within the charcuterie theme, I wanted to make it Valentine/Galentine’s theme with pink and red food items and pink and red branding.  It was easy to do so at Sprouts because of the diverse selection.

Instructions:

Start with the back of the basket first and place larger/long items like wine and bread there.

Use paper, tissue paper or cloth to elevate items within the basket so they can be seen up close.  I used Sprouts paper bags!

Decorate with the flowers last, putting them in and around the basket.

SERVINGS: 4-6 servingsINGREDIENTS:

Gift Basket Pink Items:

Pink Carnations

Prophecy Rosé (chosen for the woman label for your favorite galentine!)

Madēcasse Dark Chocolate

Fundelina Hazelnut Strawberry Spread

Milton’s Organic Crackers

Kaukauna Rose White Cheddar

Gift Basket Red Items:

Saint Rocco Brie

Strawberries

Red Grapes

Del Duca Prosciutto

Dr. Bruno Crostini Crackers

Applegate Salami

Red Apples

Pepperazi Peppers

Provolini Antipasto

Variety of Cheese

Sprouts also has a selection os flowers and greenery, I picked up pink carnations to stay within my color theme, I dotted the basket with pink carnations and made a pink carnation heart using thin steel wire.  A simple touch and so easy to do, just poke a few flowers thru the wire and bend into shape!

I know we are far apart right now but a gift basket is an easy drop off and zoom date together or a great socially distanced outdoor picnic idea.  I live in Arizona, so picnics are a real possibility, lol.  I suppose it is not a great snow idea.

Happy Valentine’s Day and Happy Galentine’s Day!
