I am in the mood for a new cocktail!! My mother in law is friends with a tequila brand, called Diva Tequila, and they make PINK tequila. She had to give me a bottle of it (because pink.) And I had to make a cocktail with it (because pink.) Also, my mother in law’s friends are WAY cooler than mine and they need to step it up a notch.

Tequila Cucumber Grapefruit Cooler-
Ingredients:
2 shots of freshly squeezed Grapefruit juice
1 shot of Cucumber water (blend cucumber & a couple splashes of water, run thru sieve & you have cucumber water)
1 shot of Tequila
Lime wedge squeeze
Garnish with mint
Line glass with red chile lime powder from Trader Joe’s (I LOVE this stuff)

I enjoy this on the rocks, but I think that is because I like how the pink tequila looks on it? Otherwise, shake in your cocktail shaker and pour!

Cinco de Mayo is next month but Taco Tuesday is Tuesday and today is Friday eve, so you know make it anytime you want.
