How to Make Chamomile Moon Milk
One Bag of Chamomile Tea
2-3 full squeeze of dropper Ashwagandha
1 cup of Almond Milk (you can use whatever milk your prefer)
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Pinch of cinnamon
Grind of black pepper
Dried Lavender Sprig (optional)
Choice of sweetener- honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Add all ingredients and stir, except for the chamomile tea bag to a saucepan.
2) Bring to a slow boil and remove from heat.
3) Add chamomile tea bag and allow to steep for 4 minutes.
4) Have a great sleep!
